Performance
A 276 hp 2.0 L turbo with 289 lb-ft of torque, front-wheel drive, an electronic limited-slip differential and electronically controlled suspension. Normal, Eco, Sport, N and Custom modes adjust the engine, transmission, steering, suspension and active exhaust.
The Elantra N comes from the factory on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S summer tires. From December 1 to March 15, it needs winter tires; we recommend a dedicated winter wheel and tire package. Its heated front seats and steering wheel help on cold mornings, and its ground clearance is 135 mm: it’s a sport sedan, not an SUV.

According to Hyundai Canada, the Manual uses 11.0 L/100 km in the city, 8.1 on the highway and 9.7 combined; the DCT uses 11.8, 8.6 and 10.4 L/100 km. Premium gasoline is recommended, and the fuel tank holds 47 L.
